Indian Head Massage Courses


Indian head massage is an ancient healing art perfectly suited to the stresses and strains of modern life.

Indian head massage can help:

  • reduce tension in the back, neck and shoulders
  • improve blood-flow to the muscles
  • relieve emotional and mental stress
  • alleviate headaches and eye-strain
  • increase concentration and improve memory


I offer Indian head massage workshops to small groups, businesses, colleges and schools.

The workshops are a fun way to learn a basic series of relaxing and revitalising techniques. My teaching style is friendly and encouraging, and participants learn to both give and receive.

Each workshop is tailored to the needs of the group (e.g. students preparing for exams; businesses involved in team-building) and usually lasts between one and two hours.
